Family Care is located in Williamsport Pennsylvania, home of the Little League World Series. Our management team is one of the most experienced in the medical alarm industry with over 40 years combined experience serving hundreds of thousands medical alarm customers during that time.

Family Care was originally created to serve healthcare and social service professionals working with senior citizens. Before we even officially started our business we met with many professionals and learned the challenges they faced in recommending a medical alarm provider for their patients. Many of them had been recommending the same company for years only because they did not have the time or resources to look at other options.
